(td) - every 10 years
Varicella
(chicken pox) - if not received as a child

By the time you are an adult, you should be immunized
against the following diseases. If you were never immunized as a
child, talk to your health care professional about getting immunized
now against the following diseases. Here

and older or have a chronic health condition, you should talk
to your health professional about having:
An influenza (flu) immunization
every year (needs to be done every year to be effective) |

flu shots for all those on Part B) |
