Please note that influenza and pneumococcal vaccine information require a separate data entry form than the other adult vaccines because they are commonly offered as a one time or short -term clinics. If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-800-982-0411. All submissions are reviewed prior to live upload. Your information will be uploaded within the business week.
